Saturday evening Wayne and some volunteers went out and hung 350 scarves on trees, poles, and railings near the library. Well, they didn’t actually hang 350 scarves. Some were claimed before they had a chance to get hung.

One lady showed up at church Sunday wearing one of the scarves (I know because she hadn’t taken off the tag yet.)

350 scarves represents a lot of money, yarn, fleece, and time. They also represent a lot of warmth for some people who will experience cold this winter (and that doesn’t include the hats and gloves which we’ll also be able to use to share Christ’s love before winter is over).

Thanks again for your generous support of this project.
